Terms of Sale

Seller: OnePop, Japan. Contact: info@one-pop.com. Name of responsible person, address and phone number will be disclosed without delay upon request.

• Monthly plans: Personal $6.99 per month (personal templates) and Store $12.99 per month (personal and shop templates). Exports without the watermark, in 1080p, up to 30 seconds, up to 10 a day and 100 per billing month (a fair-use cap; unused exports don't roll over). We may change the cap with notice on this page.
• 1 video, $0.99, and 5 videos, $4.99: exports of personal templates without the watermark, in 1080p, up to 30 seconds. They don't expire.
• Prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes. Payment (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) is processed by Stripe; your card details never reach us.
• Paid features are available as soon as the payment is complete. Signing in with your email is required to buy.

• The monthly plan renews automatically every month and is charged on each renewal date.
• Cancel anytime from your account (“Manage billing and cancellation”). You keep the plan until the end of the current period and won't be charged again. There are no partial refunds.

Because this is a digital service delivered immediately after rendering, purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law or when a fault on our side kept you from using what you paid for. A failed export is never counted.
